SHIPPING & PAYMENTS

Shipping

Delivery is available within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Get free shipping on orders over $50; choose UPS Ground (2-7 business days) for free shipping within the continental United States. Orders less than $50 will be charged $8.95 for standard UPS Ground shipping. Both statements are true. UPS will not ship to a P.O box. Orders are processed by our warehouse within 24-48 hours and are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays listed below.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited orders received before 1:00 pm EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 1:00 pm EST will ship the following business day. We apologize for the inconvenience, but UPS 2nd Day Air and Overnight orders cannot be delivered on Saturdays.

Hawaii & Alaska

All orders to Hawaii and Alaska ship 2-Day UPS Delivery with a flat-rate cost of $30.00 for all orders. ShopRunner delivery is not currently available for these destinations.

Canada

All orders to Canada ship USPS with a flat-rate cost of $25.95 for all orders. Shipments arrive within 10-21 days and are subject to applicable duties and customs fees.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and debit cards with the Visa/MasterCard logo. We do not accept personal checks and money orders.

Sales Tax

Orders placed on AHAVA.com are subject to sales tax in accordance with the tax code of the city and state in which the order will be shipped. Mineralist Rewards is the loyalty program for AHAVA.com. This program allows you to earn points for signing up for an account and purchasing online at AHAVA.com. The points can be redeemed towards dollars off future AHAVA.com purchases.

Is there any fee required to join?

There is no fee to join.

How do I join Mineralist?

Joining is easy. Click here to sign up.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points in a number of ways. Receive 1 point for every dollar you spend on eligible AHAVA.com purchases (excluding discounts, taxes, shipping, and returns). For every 500 points earned, receive $10 towards your next purchase.

What purchases can I earn points on?

Purchases made on AHAVA.com or through AHAVA Customer Care are eligible to earn Mineralist points. Points are earned at the rate of $1 = 1 point, based on the purchase price of all items. Points will not be earned based on pre-discount pricing, taxes or shipping. Points will not be awarded based on previous purchases or program accruals. Items returned are subject to deduction from your Mineralist account. Eligible purchases are only counted when made after enrollment in the AHAVA Mineralist program. Always remember to sign in to your AHAVA account when making a purchase. When ordering via phone, you will be asked for name, address, phone number or email address to identify you as an AHAVA customer and as a Mineralist member. If you purchase through AHAVA.com as a guest user or do not order through our AHAVA Customer Care and request to use your mineralist account, your purchase will not qualify for points earned toward your AHAVA Mineralist account.

Purchases made at Department Store, Specialty Retail locations or any third-party websites other than AHAVA.com do not qualify for points earned towards your AHAVA Mineralist rewards.

Are points awarded on purchases made before joining Mineralist?

No. Purchases made prior to joining Mineralist are not eligible to earn points.

Do Mineralist reward points expire?

Yes, Mineralist Rewards points expire one year from the date they are added to your account. That means your points balance could change as points you have not redeemed will expire.

How can I view my points balance?

To view your balance and activity, sign in to your account and navigate to "My Account" via the drop-down located in the upper right corner where "Hi, [your name]" is detailed. Your "Account Dashboard" will highlight your current points total and rewards earned.

How do I redeem points?

To redeem your cash rewards, log in to your account and shop AHAVA.com. Within the shopping bag on the upper right side, you'll be able to select reward points in 500 point increments ($10) to be applied to your order. Up to 500 points ($10) can be applied to any single order.
